Details: On January 10, 2023, US Foods submitted a Request for Proposal to Furnish and Deliver Food Supplies to the University of Connecticut Prime Food Provide Purchasing RFP KA111822 (“Bid”).

US Foods hereby requests, pursuant to the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act § 1-200 et seq., copies of the following:
(1) Any and all documents and information related to the responses provided by the awarded distributor and any additional distributors for the Bid.
(2) Any written determinations, memoranda, correspondence, or other documentation regarding the Bid.
(3) Any instructions, blank and completed scoring sheets, or other documents given to the evaluators regarding the review and evaluation of the bids submitted in response to the Bid.
(4) Any documents regarding or memorializing any negotiations with the awarded distributor and any additional distributors, or any requests for clarification directed to the awarded distributor and any additional distributors regarding theirs bids and any responses by the awarded distributor and any additional distributors thereto (whether dated before or after the notice of intent to award).
(5) Any questions posed by the offerors regarding the Bid and any responses to such questions, whether in final or in draft form.
(6) Any and all other public records related to the Bid that are not covered within the aforementioned.
