Details: I am writing to request the release of the following information:
(1) All email chains about the RFP decision-making process, including any and all email communications with telehealth providers from (12) months before the RFP decision AND from the RFP decision to the current date;
(2) All attachments and documents transmitted in addition to the body of the emails, including but not limited to the copies of contracts, sales materials, data shared, any and all pricing information, and other files that were considered in the decision-making process;
(3) The submitted RFP documentation file for each telehealth vendor that competed in the RFP process;
(4) All email, attachments, and other forms of communication after completion of the RFP process, internal or external, related to the implementation and utilization of telehealth vendor services, including (A) Internal and external email communication related to ongoing service delivery, (B) Ongoing status of the implementation process, (C) Ongoing reporting related to account management and renewal discussions, and (D) All emails or messages related to service delivery.
