Pursuant to applicable authority, I am writing to request a copy of any contract or written agreement in force (i.e., signed, fully executed) between the University and/or its international programs office (or its affiliates) and third parties, to include documents granting the use of licensed trademarks (i.e. registered name, image, and/or likeness), regarding all of the following categories of subject matter:

International Recruitment: Include along with the contract and all amendments, and any invoices in connection with services provided under said contracts.

International Marketing: Include along with the contract and all amendments, and any invoices in connection with services provided under said contracts.

Memorandums of Understanding/Agreements: Include only MOUs and MOAs with Universities, organizations, and companies outside of the USA.

If the requested records described above are available in electronic format (e.g., PDFs or CD), then I would prefer to receive the information in that format instead of paper copies. If you are able to email the records, I request all PDFs (no password protected files, please).
