(3) Any and all records containing findings and recommendations following an investigation of alleged sexual harassment or assault, which allegation was lodged against a member of the faculty or staff of the University between calendar years 2015 and 2020.
(4) Any and all records that detail financial settlements outcomes for UCONN’s disciplinary cases resulting from investigations of stalking, sexual harassment, assault and/or rape UCONN students in the years between calendar years 2015 and 2020.
(5) Policies of UCONN pertaining to non-anonymous complaints that were filed by students of UCONN alleging sexual harassment, assault and/or rape.
