3) All reports or materials generated by Margolis Healy for the University and its representatives, including drafts;
4) All purchase orders and contracts, including drafts and any such unsigned records, for Social Sentinel, GEOCOP, Media Sonar, Gaggle, Bark, Clearview AI, Margolis Healy, Securly, Go Guardian, Geo-Listening, Varsity Monitor, Snaptrends and/or Geofeedia (hereafter “the above-listed technologies”) generated, signed or approved between 01/01/2015 and 06/01/2021;
5) All draft budgets, budget requests and finalized budgets since 2015 for the University of Connecticut ( hereafter referred to as “UC”)
6) All documents which contain a list or inventory of the equipment, technology and/or services, owned and/or operated by the UC Police which were produced from 01/01/2015 to 06/01/2021, unless there is a single document/spreadsheet/database for each year requested which covers all of the equipment technology and/or services used by the UC police department, in which case I only need that document. If there is a single document/spreadsheet/database that covers all of the equipment technology and/or services used by the UC police department for all of the years specified then I do not need any other records for this request;
7) All mutual aid or cooperation agreements between the UC Police and any other law enforcement agency, including any fusion centers or Joint Terrorism Task Forces, which were active for any period of time between 01/01/2015 to 06/01/2021;
8) All policies and procedures on governing use of any of the above-listed technologies.
