Details: Under the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act § 1-200 et seq., I am requesting an opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of any lists, logs, or databases showing every parking citation given out by UConn Parking Services from October 1, 2023 through October 8, 2023. I request these records be sent to me electronically.

I would also like to request a waiver of all fees in that the disclosure of the requested information is in the public interest and will contribute significantly to the public’s understanding of how Parking Services operates and the volume of citations they give out. This information is not being sought for commercial purposes.
