I am writing to file a state Open Records request for the following document(s):

To assist in our newsgathering efforts, we are seeking the following documentation:

1) The *total number of units sold* for alcoholic beverages (including but not limited to beer, wine, cocktails, etc) sold at home football games in August, September and October of the 2025 season.

2) The *total revenue number generated* by the sale of alcoholic beverages (including but not limited to beer, wine, cocktails, etc) sold at home football games in August, September and October of the 2025 season.

3) If available, the total number of HOT DOGS sold at home football games in August, September and October of the 2025 season.

4) If available, the total number scanned tickets (as opposed to officially reported attendance figures) for home football games in August, September and October of the 2025 season.

This is for a national story to compare schools alcohol and hot dog sales across various geographic regions and stadium sizes over the course of the 2025 football season.

Recently in FOI 25-130 the university provided race, MCAT, GPA, Matriculation, and Acceptance data and provided it with a de-identified unique identifier for each applicant.

This request asks for similar data, including the initial data provided in 25-130, but including additional fields. Specifically the fields requested are:

As was provided in the previous request we are requesting that you include the same Unique Identifier that you included in the production from 25-130.

We are only requesting data on matriculants from the class that entered in 2016 through the most recent class for which there is any data in the USMLE related fields.

We would note that the provision of this information is vital for the public's understanding of the performance of applicants admitted under race conscious admissions policies. We would highlight scholarly reports which utilized similar data to that which we are requesting, specifically, "Signatures of medical student applicants and academic success", Tal Baron,Robert I. Grossman,Steven B. Abramson,Martin V. Pusic,Rafael Rivera,Marc M. Triola,Itai Yanai
Published: January 15, 2020 https://doi.org/10.1371/journal.pone.0227108, which analyzed a similarly deidentified, albeit larger, dataset.

As you did in the production of 25-130, we would agree to the redaction of race identifies for small groups that would allow the reidentification of individuals.

We have a XLS file that details the fields we are requesting that we can provide when you reply to and acknowledge this request.
