I am writing to request the institution’s full quarterly endowment investment performance reports for the periods ending from June 30th through December 30th 2023 or any reports/documents that details/lists the institution’s investment managers, investment strategies and the amount invested with them for the aforementioned periods. Please provide any investment reports for endowment and cash management pools, separately invested funds and foundation records. If you can contact your custodial reports from your custodian, if your institution does not have them on hand it would be appreciated. If you only want to provide a semi-redacted version since account numbers and individual holdings might be sensitive information as we are only interested in the individual managers and their market balances. We are not seeking Audit statements at all .
Additionally, I would like to request the institution’s investment policy statement, investment committee/subcommittee meeting minutes for periods ending from June 30th through December 30th 2023 as well any schedule or documentation of upcoming investment committee/subcommittee meetings.
