I am seeking copies of any and all binding agreement's between the UConn Athletic Department, it's team's and it's staff and Sport/Fitness Wearable companies such as WHOOP, Firstbeat, or Catapult for services or products rendered.
I am making an identical request for the University of Connecticut Department of Kinesiology and Korey Stringer Institute.
For the New Haven Promise and the Hartford Promise scholarship programs - since the inception of these programs the number of students who received no additional funding from UConn resulting from these two Promise programs.
This is a request under the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request copies of the following records to be provided to our company by your University:
A listing of all uncashed checks that are six (6) months and older with a dollar amount greater than $500.00 (Five Hundred Dollars). The list should include payee name, address, issue date, check number, and dollar amount. If possible please email me this data in an Excel spreadsheet. Other formats are okay but excel is preferable. If easier to provide all dollar amounts then this is okay as well. If easier please only include non-individuals (i.e. companies, universities, etc. only).
