I am writing on behalf of the members of the New England Regional Council of Carpenters under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 522 and Chapter 14 of the Connecticut General Statutes. I am requesting to review copies of the following public records:

School of Fine Art Music Library Renovations:
All Wage Determination Sheets and certified payroll records for ALL FLOORING CONTRACTORS for the entire duration of the project.

I have a handheld scanner that I would like to bring with me to make copies of the records we need. However, if this is not allowed and there are any fees for searching for or copying the records I have requested, please inform me so that I can make arrangements to pay them. If all or any part of this request is denied, please cite the specific exemptions that justify your refusal to release the information and inform me of the appeal procedures available under the law.

• Employee ID,
• Name,
• Primary title,
• Any administrative titles (such as Department Chair, Dean etc.),
• Primary department and school within which department resides,
• Hire date,
• Gender,
• Full-time vs part-time status,
• Indicator for tenure or non-tenure track,
• Base Salary,
• Total Compensation (including institutional base salary, merit or supplemental payments, and incentive or bonus payments, if applicable),
• Educational Degree, and
• Year that Degree was earned.

Please provide this data for all years you have records in electronic or machine-readable form. If you do not have all these fields, please provide all that are available. If the pay data does not reflect total compensation earned by the faculty member, please let me know and explain what is included in the compensation figure that it provided.
