Under the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act, I am requesting an electronic listing of all regular-rank faculty not part of a medical school from the University of Connecticut.
Specifically, I'm seeking a spreadsheet, database or delimited text file(s) — not paper records or a PDF created from data — with the following fields for each non-medical faculty member:
• Employee ID,
• Name,
• Primary title,
• Any administrative titles (such as Department Chair, Dean etc.),
• Primary department and school within which department resides,
• Hire date,
• Gender,
• Full-time vs part-time status,
• Indicator for tenure or non-tenure track,
• Base Salary,
• Total Compensation (including institutional base salary, merit or supplemental payments, and incentive or bonus payments, if applicable),
• Educational Degree, and
• Year that Degree was earned.
Please provide this data for all years you have records in electronic or machine-readable form. If you do not have all these fields, please provide all that are available. If the pay data does not reflect total compensation earned by the faculty member, please let me know and explain what is included in the compensation figure that it provided.
