Invoices or other documentation connected to spending by the university or the athletics department on team travel for the men’s basketball team and for the women’s basketball team during the university’s 2019 and 2020 fiscal years. For the purpose of this request, the components of team travel spending are the same as those used to determine the amounts reported by the university on its annual submissions under the NCAA’s Financial Reporting System: The costs of air and ground travel, lodging, meals and incidentals (including housing costs incurred during school break period) for competition related to preseason, regular season and postseason. Amounts incurred for food and lodging for housing the team before a home game also should be included, as should costs associated with the use of the institution's own vehicles or airplanes, as well as in-kind value of donor-provided transportation.
