This request covers any purchases pertaining to travel arrangements made in advance of the trip, and all purchases made during Benedict's travel to Idaho and South Carolina until the time he arrived back in Connecticut on the day of, or the day after, UConn’s football game Nov. 13 at Clemson. We are requesting a line-by-line breakout of expenses incurred during this trip. This request should cover any expense report submitted for reimbursement as well as any transactions from university-issued credit cards.

I am requesting documents from the University of Connecticut School of Law.

Each year, every American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school submits an Annual Questionnaire (AQ) and/or Bar Passage Questionnaire (BPQ) to the ABA.

I am requesting copies of the pages of the AQ or BPQ submitted by the University of Connecticut School of Law for each of the years 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022, reporting (1) first-time bar passage rates by race/ethnicity & gender and (2) ultimate bar passage rate by race/ethnicity & gender.

This data will likely be reported in a chart.

I am also requesting copies of the page of the AQ or BPQ in which the school lists the number of students receiving accommodations for the same years: 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022.

In responding, please be sure that the documents provided indicate the submission year.

All law schools keep copies of these reports and the portions of the documents should encompass no more than a few pages each year.
