My name is Matt Brown, and I am a reporter with Extra Points/ D1.ticker. I would like to file an Open Records Request for the following document:

1) A copy of this document, titled 'Audio Request', sent from university athletics department personnel to Ben Haumiller (bhaumiller@ea.com) of EA Sports, and Missy Ingram of CLC (missy.ingram@clc.com). EA officials requested audio assets from athletic departments to be featured in next year's EA Sports College Football video game on Feb 25, 2022, sending a blank version of this spreadsheet. We are seeking the document that was sent *back*.

To provide additional clarity, this document would have been produced between Feb 26, 2022 and April 15, 2022, from university Athletic Department staff (users wth job titles 'Athletic Director', "Associate Athletic Director-External Affairs', 'Business Manager' or 'Director of Licensing').

Please list by dollar value and % of salary and fringe benefits that those students that are served are directly charged for those services. By "directly charged", I mean that the students or student groups must pay for services above and beyond the tuition that they have paid to the university. For example, if the salary and fringe is paid entirely by an allocation from the university-collected tuition, then the answer is $0 and 0%. If students and student groups must pay in addition to or on top of, what they have paid the university in tuition, for the service provided by DSA staff, please indicate the flat dollar value and % of each staff member's salary and benefits that are being covered by these added charges.
