• The agreement or contract between Learfield (or Learfield IMG College) and Avelo Airlines that pertains to or involves the University of Connecticut, UConn Athletics, UConn branding, UConn facilities, or any UConn-related sponsorship, marketing, or promotional activity.
• Any records in UConn’s possession that reference, describe, summarize, or attach that agreement. This includes, but is not limited to:
– Copies of the agreement or excerpts received by UConn
– Communications (emails, memos, letters, meeting notes) between UConn employees and Learfield or Avelo discussing, approving, or coordinating the agreement
– Internal UConn documents referencing the Avelo–Learfield partnership or its implications for UConn or UConn Athletics

This request is looking for the number of complaints for academic misconduct sent by the Office of Community Standards to students on the Storrs campus each academic year. The current Academic, Scholarly, and Professional Integrity and Misconduct (ASPIM) Policy includes behaviors such as cheating, plagiarizing, misrepresenting, and noncompliance. The policy was adopted in May of 2023, but this request is looking for documentation of complaints with these behaviors with data from the 2015-16 academic year up until the most recent 2024-2025 period.

Any current separation of the complaints between academic departments should remain in the documents, unless they aren't currently separated. In addition to departments, please separate any data that includes the number of complaints flagging Artificial Intelligence as contributing to the accused academic misconduct.

This FOIA request and solely looking for the number of students accused of academic misconduct broken down by department without any inquiry on identification of who received the complaints. Therefore this request should be in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.

What I am requesting for prompt disclosure are records in your possession detailing your discussions about [1] the decision of the United States government to designate the month of October as “Cybersecurity Awareness Month;” [2] your commemoration of the month of October as “Cybersecurity Awareness Month;” [3] the terms and conditions of any written contractual agreement concluded between UConn and the Department of Justice (DOJ) Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to (i) prevent cyber criminals from perpetrating a wide variety of crimes online, including theft of intellectual property, internet fraud, identity fraud etc; (ii) prevent sexual predators from using the internet and social media to target children; (iii) diligently use the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) to submit internet related crime complaints involving theft of intellectual property, internet fraud, identity fraud etc; (iv) diligently use the IC3 to submit internet related crime complaints involving sexual predators using the internet and social media to target children; [4] NBC and CNN as American news media outlets that had on (or around) February 25th 2025 published glowing article heaping praise on the FBI for their good-faith efforts to have the medical license of sex offender Joel Le Scouarnec revoked in Calendar Year 2005 (approximately 20 years ago); [5] the very strong probability that children in France would not have been sexually abused after Calendar Year 2005 if the authorities in France properly heeded the advice of the FBI and took stronger legal measures against sex offender Joel Le Scouarnec; [6] Michigan State University (MSU) as a post-secondary academic institution which has in its March 2023 correspondence with Michael A.
