I'd like to make a public records request for a copy of any communication, as well as any related attachments, provided by UConn or any of its representatives to the Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC) or Electronic Arts (including EA Sports) regarding physical/digital assets that UConn would like to be included in the upcoming EA Sports College Football video game, including but not limited to renderings of football helmets, uniforms, etc.

These records, should they exist, were likely submitted by an athletic department employee who works with external licensing partners in June or July 2023.

Since this request is of public interest, I'd like to request that any associated fees are waived.

Under the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act § 1-200 et seq., I am requesting an opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of any lists, logs, or databases showing every parking citation given out by UConn Parking Services from October 1, 2023 through October 8, 2023. I request these records be sent to me electronically.

I would also like to request a waiver of all fees in that the disclosure of the requested information is in the public interest and will contribute significantly to the public’s understanding of how Parking Services operates and the volume of citations they give out. This information is not being sought for commercial purposes.

I am looking for any memos, records, documents etc. that reflect the total amount of financial aid granted in the form of scholarships by the University or athletic department for student-athletes who are part of the official roster of the women's and men's basketball teams. I am not looking to see how much each individual was granted but rather how much both programs received from the University to cover scholarships for their players.
