What I am requesting for prompt disclosure are records in your possession detailing your discussions about [1] the Fourth Amendment of the United States constitution guaranteeing (i) “the right of people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures;” (ii) “that no warrants shall be issued, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place, and the persons or things to be seized;” [2] the decision Carnegie Mellon University, Duke University, Harvard University, New York University, Princeton University, Temple University and Tufts University to promote the Open Science Framework (OSF) brand by advising their students, their alumnae, their alumni and other people to seriously consider self-publishing their papers on OSF; [3] Missouri Revised Statute (RSMO) Section 590.502 enabling Missouri local government employees who “reasonably believe they are under investigation which could lead to disciplinary action, demotion, dismissal, transfer, or placement on a status that could lead to economic loss” (i) to be informed in writing of the existence and nature of the alleged violation and who will be conducting the investigation; (ii) to be provided a “written statement outlining the complaint;” (iii) to be informed that “he or she is being ordered to answer questions under threat of disciplinary action and that the (…) answers to the questions will not be used (…) in a criminal proceeding;” (iv) to be “questioned by up to two investigators and to be informed of the name and rank of each questioning officer;” [4] the decision of Internet Search Engines (ISE) such as AOL and Bing/MSN to filter and distort Michael A. Ayele (a.k.a) W Open Science Framework (OSF) journal article following his decision to recognize that (i) the provisions of RSMO Section 590.502 are very much applicable to former Missouri Department of Mental Health (MODMH) Fulton State Hospital (FSH) employees who were the subject of an investigation if the law is construed liberally to favor transparency and accountability in Missouri state government; (ii) former MODMH (FSH) employees who were subjected to an investigation, which has led to “disciplinary action, demotion, dismissal, transfer or placement on status that has led to economic loss” should be provided with “a written statement outlining the complaint” that was filed against them; (iii) former MODMH (FSH) employees who were subjected to an investigation, which has led to “disciplinary action, demotion, dismissal, transfer or placement on status that has led to economic loss” should be provided with as much information as possible on the individuals who have investigated the complaint filed against them; [5] the policies and procedures implemented by your local/state government outlining the mechanism by which a person with a disability can obtain a reasonable accommodation pursuant to the provisions enshrined in the ADA.
